Living and Raw Foods
I ma not convinced that eating raw 100% of the time is good in the longterm. Having said that I am loving making raw recipes. Fermented vegetables are raw. Sprouted and dehydrated nuts and seeds are raw. You can soak and sprout legumes and eat them raw. Beans are really hard to digest if they are not soaked before you cook them, everyone knows that. If you soak beans until they show a little sprout they are easy to digest even raw. Amazing! Eating raw beans!
