Private One to One WOW! Sessions:

Our programs are completely personalized, unique to each individual and are based on your goals, needs and lifestyle. During your FREE WOW! Nutrition Assessment your WOW! practitioner will prescribe the perfect WOW! program for you. Sessions are weekly and are 30 minutes in length.

Private WOW! sessions are preferred by those who:

1. Need a specific weekly appointment time

2. Do not like being in a group setting

3. Require specialized nutrition/wellness focus

4. Couples who want to attend the weekly sessions together

10 Weeks to WOW! Group Program:

The 10 Weeks to WOW! group program is great for those who enjoy the group setting, can come the same time on a weekly basis for 10 weeks and who have less then 20 lbs to lose. Groups are a cost effective way to achieve your weight loss and health goals. Check with your WOW! practitioner to see when the next 10 Weeks to WOW! group is starting.

10 Weeks to WOW! groups have a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 12 per group. Groups are great for families, friends and corporate wellness.
